產品種類(lei):一般商(shang)品卷(CQ),深(shen)沖熱鍍鋅(xin)板(ban)(ban)(DQ)、超深(shen)沖熱鍍鋅(xin)板(ban)(ban)(DDQ-EDDQ/SEDDQ),結構用鍍鋅(xin)板(ban)(ban)(HSLA),烘烤硬化(hua)熱鍍鋅(xin)板(ban)(ban)(BH),雙相鋼(gang)(DP),TRIP鋼(gang)(相變誘導塑性鋼(gang))等,復相鋼(gang)(CP)等。
5、熱鍍鋅的缺陷
鋅層脫落、劃傷(shang)、鈍化斑、鋅粒(li)、厚邊(bian)、氣(qi)刀條痕(hen)(hen)、氣(qi)刀刮(gua)痕(hen)(hen)、露鋼(gang)、夾雜、機(ji)械(xie)損(sun)傷(shang)、鋼(gang)基性能不(bu)良、浪邊(bian)、瓢曲、尺寸不(bu)合、壓印(yin)、鋅層厚度不(bu)合、輥(gun)印(yin)等。
6、鋅層脫落的主要原因
鋅層脫落的主要原(yuan)(yuan)因有原(yuan)(yuan)材(cai)料生產原(yuan)(yuan)因和加工不(bu)(bu)(bu)匹配等(deng)原(yuan)(yuan)因。原(yuan)(yuan)材(cai)料因有表(biao)面氧(yang)(yang)化、硅化合(he)物、NOF段(duan)氧(yang)(yang)化氣(qi)(qi)氛及保護(hu)氣(qi)(qi)體露(lu)點太(tai)高、空燃比不(bu)(bu)(bu)合(he)理、氫氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)量偏低(di)、爐(lu)子有氧(yang)(yang)滲(shen)入,帶(dai)鋼入鍋溫(wen)度(du)偏低(di),NOF段(duan)爐(lu)溫(wen)偏低(di),油脂蒸發(fa)不(bu)(bu)(bu)盡、鋅鍋鋁含量偏低(di)、機組速度(du)太(tai)快、還原(yuan)(yuan)不(bu)(bu)(bu)充分(fen)、鋅液中(zhong)停(ting)留時(shi)間太(tai)短、鍍層偏厚(hou)。加工不(bu)(bu)(bu)匹配有折彎半徑不(bu)(bu)(bu)符、模具(ju)磨損、刮蹭、模具(ju)間隙(xi)過大(da)或過小(xiao)、沖壓潤滑油少、模具(ju)工作時(shi)間超長未修磨維護(hu)等(deng)。
